No. CAassist runs entirely in your browser. Your team logs in from any laptop or desktop; clients interact through the Client Portal or WhatsApp — nothing to install on either side.
Yes. Every plan supports multiple team members with role-based access — Partner, Manager, Senior Article, and Article roles each see a navigation and data set scoped to their responsibilities.
Onboarding
Most firms are fully set up within a day: choose a plan, create your account, upload your firm details and client list, and connect WhatsApp. Our team is available to help with bulk client imports for larger firms.
Yes. During onboarding you can upload a spreadsheet of your existing clients, and CAassist validates PANs and GSTINs, flags duplicates, and lets you review before anything is imported.
CAassist connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform so your firm gets a shared team inbox instead of relying on a personal number. You can send approved template messages, run broadcast campaigns for deadlines, and set automation rules — all logged centrally with delivery status.
No — clients continue using WhatsApp as they already do. They can also use the Client Portal directly for document upload and status tracking, but WhatsApp remains the primary channel most clients prefer.
Billing
You can export all client data, documents, and reports at any time. If you cancel, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export before being permanently deleted, per our Privacy Policy.
Security
Yes. Every firm's data is logically isolated, sensitive fields like portal credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is scoped by role — clients can never see another client's records or your internal notes.
